Equal Opportunity Trashy Commercials

Being as though it is summer - my sleep schedule has been all sorts of fucked up. I haven't gotten out of bed before noon in like two weeks. Needless to say I'm watching a lot of bullshit TV at night.

During this time period advertising is super-cheap and only losers are up watching (myself excluded) so all the lame ass Date-Line commercials are on. "For only $.99 a minute you can meet local singles....call 1.800.blah.blah.blah" But, here in the great City of Pittsburgh these trashy services also target the gay and lesbian population. So I'm left with a feeling of ambivalence - I hate the commercials but I'm happy that they're reaching out to the GLBT population.

Appreciating Diversity in Trash. That's my motto.
