3 Thoughts for my 300th Post.....
First - the Eminem/iTunes commercial is awesome, despite the edited version of Lose Yourself......I really like the graphics and colors.
Second - I'm interested in this new movie Jarhead - and Jake Gyllenhaal looks really hot with a shaved head.
Lastly - Tonight's Weekend Update was the funniest fucking thing that I've seen on TV in about 5 years.

In re Jarhead: You're right. It does look good. I have a general rule of hating military genre movies, because they are overblown attempts to pander to the macho gung-ho explosion loving 14 year olds found in most men. It seems like there's a lot of character development/interaction. Seems like there's some meat to it, and it seems like it might be worth watching.
and more importantly - Jake Gyllenhaal looks really hot with a shaved head.
Another reason I tend not to watch military genre movies: Not a lot of hot chicks. Three rules for movies, passed on to me from my father-in-law: sex, violence, and more sex. To each their own, but... as hot is Jake Gyllenhaal might be with a shaved head, Maggie is much hotter in 'Secretary.'
wait, so grant? um, your "three rules for movies" seem a little inconsistent with your first comment's rejection of "overblown attempts to pander to the macho gung-ho explosion loving 14 year olds found in most men".
But you fail to see that two-thirds of the rules involve sex. Jarhead (presumably) fails to fulfill two of the three requirements, while a movie like 'Unfaithful' satisfies all three, all without massive explosions or military-type special effects. And Unfaithful was an awesome movie.
