I [heart] The European Court of Human Rights

The ECHR ruled that prisoners can't be denied their respective rights to vote under the Eurpean Convention on Human Rights. I wish that the U.S. were so bound by the Court's decisions. Regardless - Britain and 13 other countries (i think it's 13) need to change their laws.
