The Plan

So - I'm fucking exhausted - I've been writing a really shitty brief about the Padilla case for my Foreign Affiars & the Constitution class. Alas, as soon as evidence is over - I'm going home and taking a nap - otherwise - I'll die.

Then of course I'll work on this brief a little more......and I have to vote also!

Hopefully after I turn this bastard in I can devote several minutes to blogging about the current situation in France. I've been wanting to since Oct. 27th, but I haven't found the time.......we'll see, but not to worry, I'm sure that the Fifth Republic will survive!
