Uh huh

So, I haven't blogged in quite some time....

A few notes from this week.

I got to be a judge - empanelled for an appellate moot court on the Padilla case - A pretty good time - I'm a big fan of my own non-professional demeanor.

Make-up class for SexLaw on Tuesday - Emily and I broke up - Assumes the risk looked like she was drunk and she played around on the internet for the entire class period - Super-rude.

Commander in Chief was pretty damn good last night - the Prez. pardoned a mentally disabled woman set to be executed in Texas (read: Dumbfuckistan) - I love make-believe!

I'm going to judge Tom Beline tomorrow (I know, you're all thinking "Of course you are" - and I will, but I'll be on another moot court judicial panel - so I'll be double-judging his double-collared ass) - I'm reading his brief now - Tom's a lot smarter than I thought.....I'm kidding - I've always thought he was a pretty smart guy.

Emily and I decided to 'give it another shot' - our friendship that is - so we're back together - at Crazy Mocha, where coincidently the 1L stopped by - and he was, dare I say, enjoyable to be around.

Okay - catch up is over - I'm planning a blog-fest tomorrow - because I'm sooo over school right now.
