I broke with tradition yesterday....and I didn't go home for Thanksgiving. The result: tons of fun.

Highlights:

1. Placecards, a bona fide 'art emergency' - thankfully Steph is a trained E.A.T.
2. TurPony - Oh, yeah - Turkey's get kinky too.
3. 17 pounds of stuffing
4. Vegan Apple Pie
5. Nobody attempted to 'pray' - a much desired change from my 'family' Thanksgivings
6. Emily held her concentration long enough to make a damn good Carrot Cake
7. Star Wars Trivial Pursuit - Right - this isn't a highlight because I like Star Wars - it's a highlight because it's hysterically lame. And Michael is the biggest Star Wars dork ever. (Emily is a close second)
8. I answered several 'Sports & Leisure' questions correctly - Yeah that's right - Suck it Pebble Beach!

Good Times all around.
