Lesson for the Ladies (and Gentlemen)

So I have a brilliant and beautiful friend who I've been talking to a lot in the past two days. Why you ask? Because her boyfriend is a dick.

She just graduated from a professional school in May and has been turning down job offers all over the Commonwealth because her boyfriend asked her to move with him to the Empire State at the end of the summer. So rather than take one of the offers and begin her professional career, she has been living at home (as has the boyfriend), while he searches for jobs in New York.

Yesterday - he told her that "He didn't know if he could be with her anymore" - WTF - Right, so relationship begin and end all the time, but this is precisely why you shouldn't re-arrange your life around anything but a sure thing. And when it comes to relationships, they're almost never that certain.
