Justice Brennan

Well - I knew it couldn't last. That is, my perfectly agreeable relationship with Brennan.

Last week I came across an Evidence opinion of his that I really wasn't a big fan of.....but I wasn't totally against it. But today - I'm reading my IBT and there's a little review section on Jurisdiction (Oh how I miss Hellman). Anyway the Worldwide Volkswagen opinion made an appearance - I really like this opinion in general - and Brennan dissented....WTF.

Brennan and I are totally breaking up!
