I hate banks

I called Key Bank - to see where my loan money was, because it needs to be here NOW! I waited on hold, then they hung up on me. I called back and apparently they are upgrading their computer system, so I'm to "try" back tomorrow.

You know I was just thinking, that if I were an academic lender I would totally upgrade my computer systems at the beginning of an academic year - WTF, do that shit over the summer!
