Case in Point - Joe Biden, my surrogate Senator - who has been kicking some ass on crazy Supreme Court Nominees - he voted against Roberts and he's sure as hell not going to be voting for Alito. Why you ask?

Because - Alito is crazy - so crazy that he apparently disagrees with Baker v. Carr - you know the case, where Brennan kicked ass and said that the issue before the court was judicially manageable, that it was as simple as: One Man, One Vote! Yeah - apparently arbitrarily drawn legislative boundaries - to keep the black man down, are a-okay in Alito's book.

Well Biden isn't having any of that bullshit - he's definitely pissed about Scalito's positions on Abortion and Affirmative Action, but he finds the Reapportionment position intolerable - such that, perhaps a filibuster is in order - Go Biden - stand up for fairness and legitimacy in government.
