Shut down

So - I was prepared to deal with some confrontation with the individuals that I alluded to in my prior post "Utter Frustration" - but I wasn't prepared for everyting......

First of all, upon reading my post later - I knew that it obviously wasn't the case that my friend wasn't heading out to Alternative Bar Review b/c the venue happened to be a gay bar......but nonetheless I was thinking that he should have wanted to come because it was an event that I organized, under the auspices of Outlaw.

I thought that this was a pretty unassailable position.....alas, I was wrong - upon the inevitable confrontation he quickly brought up a remarkably parallel "tables-turned" situation - such that I was disarmed and speechless.

Basically - although I'm not conceding anything.....I need to live up to the expectations I have for my friends.....that or I need to start paying them - because they're some really good people.


God, could I be more of an overreactive drama bitch....................whatever - i don't care - it's what makes me, me - and I'm okay with that.

I had a great night tonight - and I'm confident that the people I've got in my life, happen to kick some serious ass.
